About the Company

Elterm in Alingsås performs complete installations, repairs, and service of heat pumps, plumbing, and solar cells. We are a dealer and authorized service representative for NIBE heat pumps and solar cells. As a Bosch Climate Partner, Elterm in Alingsås is an authorized installer and service representative, offering the entire Bosch heat pump range. Furthermore, we sell and service other brands such as CTC, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Panasonic, and also provide service for IVT heat pumps. Of course, we are members of both industry organizations, the Swedish Refrigeration & Heat Pump Association and Swedish Solar Energy.

Job Description

At Elterm in Alingsås, there is now an opportunity to work as a refrigeration technician/heat pump technician. The position involves service, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps, heating systems, and cooling units. The tasks also include the installation of heat pumps and assisting with other projects within the company as needed.

The role involves service assignments at customer sites – primarily private individuals and housing associations, but also property owners and real estate companies. The work is largely conducted independently with a company service vehicle, but within the team at Elterm, there is a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. The workday starts at 07:00 and ends at 16:00, but some flexibility is required as assignments may arise during the day.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified refrigeration technician
• Has relevant experience in the industry
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is flexible and service-oriented
• Has good social skills and enjoys customer interactions
• Is engaged, unpretentious, and contributes to a helpful work environment
